  1. I’ve noticed in morning there are lighter times of traffic as people typically need to be at work at top of the hour or at 30 minute intervals… so if many need to be at work at 8:00 and you want to go grab some groceries, just leave at 8:05 and come back at 8:35 to avoid the worse of traffic.
