A 30-year-old dream became reality when Frank Steele opened the doors to his Las Vegas pizza place named Frankensons. But the dream didn’t go as planned as four months after opening resulted in few to no customers walking through his establishment’s doors.
Frank would call it a lucky day if he was able to earn $400 for a day’s worth of sales. It wasn’t until TikTok food critic, Keith Lee, entered his humble shop that the business took a turn for the better.
The Video That Changed A Restaurant’s Fate

It seemed like an ordinary Monday night for Frank and his staff, until Keith Lee entered the restaurant. Frank didn’t know who Keith was and proceeded to serve him like any regular customer.
Frank said in an interview, “I had this guy come in, didn't know who he was… he quietly said ‘I’m a food critic.’”
At first, Frank didn’t know Keith had millions TikTok followers. Nonetheless, as with any other customer he generously provided his homecooked food.
Keith proceeded to record his reactions on camera once he'd arrived home. But his review was nothing short of extraordinary.
The food critic and reviewer had nothing but high marks for Frankensons’ food. He scored the garlic knots a 9.2/10, a 9.8/10 for the pizza, and a 10/10 for the chicken wings.
At the time of writing, that TikTok video has over 8 million likes and over 41 million views. Netizens also shared it more than 72 thousand times across different platforms.
A Success Story Emerges
The video blew up merely hours after Keith posted it to his TikTok account. But it wasn't until the next day when Frank was surprised to find a line in front of his restaurant. It was then that it dawned on him that Keith Lee wasn’t an ordinary food critic.
Needless to say that Frank was in tears upon knowing what was happening. He happily reports that his restaurant made more food in a few days than what he and his staff cooked since the establishment welcomed customers for the first time.
Since Keith Lee’s story went viral, Frankensons’ customers expanded from coming from local towns to cities from across the nation. He reports that some of his customers originate from places like Iowa, California, and Utah.

Frank had to call the attention of interested customers because the restaurant is now doing so well that he and his staff can’t keep up! Nonetheless, many people saw the concern as a good problem as it meant Frankensons will stay in business for a long time.
Many people posted positive comments on both TikTok videos. One person said that Keith Lee is a blessing to small businesses. Other people commented that the story made them so happy and that they’re happy that the business is now doing so well.
