If you're looking to escape the frigid winter weather and spend some romantic, quality time with your significant other, here are some warmer destinations that will help you and your boo relax, unwind, and enjoy some together time.

1. Del Ray Beach, Florida

Del Ray Beach is a quirky South Florida town. Located on the east coast, Del Ray Beach is a small city full of artists, eateries, and all kinds of activities. Try out a daytime date at the lakeside Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, where you and your partner could take a calligraphy workshop. Take a romantic stroll through the Wakodahatchee Wetlands, a park with a raised boardwalk, where you and your partner can view the natural wildlife, including turtles and alligators.

If you like art, Del Ray is perfect for you. The Pineapple Grove Arts District has a plethora of galleries and public art. And Cornell Art museum is full of contemporary art pieces. Go on a romantic hike at Pinnacle Peak Park, and take in all the incredible red rocks and looming green saguaros. The Sonoran desert is an incredible landscape with so much to offer. Consider coming during March to catch the spectacular South by Southwest festival. Located on the west side of the island, 45 minutes away from the Kahului Airport, Lahaina is an incredibly stunning area with cliffs and crystal blue ocean water. You and your partner could spend an afternoon at the Salvador Dali museum and witness incredible art. Have a date night at Ceviche, where you can have some incredible tapas and some house-made Sangria, and then catch some live music at the lower level. Or take a sunset cruise to amp up the romance.

6. Sante Fe, New Mexico

The capital of New Mexico, Sante Fe is a cute artistic down located in the Sangre de Cristo foothills.
