These springs are among Florida's finest, known for their clear waters and serene settings. A visit promises both relaxation and a visual treat.

1. Weeki Wachee Springs

Weeki Wachee Springs

This spring in Florida is a natural wonder and a must-visit destination for anyone who loves the outdoors.

You will see on the TikTok video below that the water is absolutely clear and you can see everything on it.

Even this TikTok user @pug_holder13 jokingly commented, "Can't hide a body there."

This water spring is home to a variety of wildlife, including manatees, river otters, and fish. Visitors can take a boat tour of the spring, go kayaking, or enjoy a picnic in the park.

You can swim there if you want but mind you, one of the locals (@boy_seri) there exaggeratedly claimed that "... it's negative 75 degrees."

But the TikTok account @yslryan_ responded, "The cold water is what makes it nice."

In addition to the natural beauty, Weeki Wachee Springs is also known for its famous "Weeki Wachee Mermaids," who perform underwater shows in a 400-seat theater built into the spring.

Up to half a million people flocked to see this mermaid performance in the spring each year.

According to a TikTok user account @ericjh94, "...that part of the springs is called devil's ear, it's 45ft deep."

However, another TikTok user (@misternarwhal) responded to this comment, "Only 45ft? That thing looks like it goes so much deeper than that!" which I totally agree with!

Having shared that doesn't scare people to come to this place.

Still, many people, mainly youth, visit this place every weekend and on holidays since it is one of the few springs in Florida that permits drinking.

On Memorial Day in 2023, it had around 1,500 visitors. It was recorded in 2021, the same holiday saw as many as 30,000 visitors, making it to the headlines.
