Mint, JetBlue’s premium tier travel option, changed the cabin’s menu items with food and beverage options as the airline partnered with the Delicious Hospitality Group (DHG). This famous New York City-headquartered restaurant group helps enhance Mint passengers’ in-flight experience with new dishes.

For instance, DHG’s Charlie Bird restaurant incorporates a seasonal twist to JetBlue’s existing menu for Mint passengers. Now available with the Mint dining program, customers can now sink their teeth into new dishes like Italian Clam Soup, Mushroom Lasagna, and Burrata with Baby Beats and Breadcrumbs.

Passengers can also choose other options depending on the time of the day. For example, the Cacio e Pepe Cavatelli is available for lunch and dinner routes for domestic flights. On the other hand, the Lemon Soufflé with Raspberries is available for breakfast.

Ryan Hardy, the Executive Chef and owner of Charlie Bird, helped curate JetBlue's rotating menu for the airline's Mint passengers. Grant Reynolds, Wine Director and co-founder of Parcelle wine, helped with the flight’s selections of fine international wines and cocktails.

JetBlue's New Menu For The Core Experience

Useful food for each day

JetBlue also enhances the dining experience for its Core passengers. This time, the airline partnered with Dig (formerly known as Dig Inn), a restaurant group, to bring new flavors to those who fly with the airline on transatlantic flights.

The options for Core Experience passengers include sautéed sirloin with barley risotto, coconut parfait with fresh lemon, and Berbere Spiced Chicken with Pearl Couscous. Passengers can also take advantage of a build-your-own meal by choosing a main selection and two sides from Dig’s in-flight menu.

Also, JetBlue’s EatUp Café has new menu items like the Southwestern Salad and Pepper Jack Sandwich. Take note that these new food and beverage choices are only available for select JetBlue flights and airplanes.

Additional Well-Being Enhancements

JetBlue commits itself to bring a luxurious treatment to all of its passengers by enhancing its features focused on traveler well-being. Aside from adding new menu items, the airline partnered with Tuft & Needle, a digital mattress company.

With this partnership, passengers can enjoy comfortable sleeping experiences, thanks in part to the addition of new memory foam pillows, blankets with built-in foot pockets, and snooze kits.

Plus, Wanderfuel, a wellness company, now offers new amenity kits for JetBlue’s passengers. This benefit comes from the business’ collaboration with Sarah Wragge, a nutritionist and well-being expert, to help travelers in feeling their best while staying in one of JetBlue’s in-flight cabins.

In-flight entertainment also gets a boost as luxury audio brand Master & Dynamic brings new custom-designed over-ear headphones for JetBlue’s passengers. These headsets have noise reduction features to help customers reduce in-cabin and airplane noise.
