We got you covered as we searched high and low for the best beaches in the state for your convenience.

1. Siesta Key

Siesta

It’s tough not to miss Siesta Key when you’re in Florida. For starters, Tripadvisor ranked this location as the 2nd best beach in the US in 2023.

This beach beat the likes of St. Pete Beach (ranked 22nd) and Clearwater Beach (ranked 24th).

Many visitors have almost nothing negative to say about Siesta Key. One guest said that walking on the white sand is like stepping on powdered sugar.

Another individual said that the nearby amenities had staff that brought excellent customer service.

Aside from walking on the clean, white, sandy beach, you can indulge in different water activities while you're at Siesta Beach.

2. Tigertail Beach Park

Tigertail Beach Park

You can find Tigertail Beach Park on Marco Island, a small barrier island but the largest developed land in Florida. Like the Siesta Key beach, Tigertail Beach Park is no stranger to cleanliness.

Entering the property will greet you with a stretch of clean, white sand.

Here, you can set up a picnic area for your family and friends to enjoy. At the time of writing, nearby concession stands are out of service until further notice.

Nonetheless, a playground for the kids and local restrooms are nearby for those that need them.

The cleanliness also makes the beach to be an excellent photo shoot location, particularly if it’s low tide. However, your walk can become an adventurous trek if the tide rises.

The beach is also open 24 hours, 7 days a week. But there’s an $8 parking fee per day for beach pass holders.

On the other hand, guests without that pass need to pay $1.50 per hour.

You can find Tigertail Beach Park at 480 Hernando Dr., Marco Island, FL. If you have concerns or inquiries, you can call the site’s parks and recreation committee by calling 239-252-4000.

Now, there’s no shortage of activities to experience and enjoy while you’re in the area.

For instance, you can visit the Flagler Museum. But you can also time your visit to relish in certain events, like the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival every December.

If you’re a golfer, take your golfing skills to the next level with over 160 golf courses around the area.

If you’re a fan of pink, you can also book a hotel in the pinkest hotel in Florida, The Colony Hotel.
